Sensing by abstraction it's impact and presence. Transformed by wind, weather, and contrasts of light ; all glimpsed as one travels around the foot of the hills.
Moving away from our 'man made' surroundings and venturing into uncultivated woodlands and forests can offer such a great opportunity to 'heighten ones senses', to explore our other faculties. And listen - not only to the sounds in nature, but also within ourselves - a restorative and healing action.
