56. 'A Windy Day'
I was standing in our orchard looking at the shadows of a plum tree moving in the breeze against the side of an old wooden hut. It was an odour that first evoked in my mind of a windy day at the seaside, an odour like the strong aroma of beached seaweed drying in the sun. But here so far from the sea, the recall had been triggered by tons of old mushroom compost, used as an organic fertilizer, left scattered and drying out on a nearby field.
57. 'Reflections in a Willow Pool'
The mating ground for all the dragonflies, and the attacking ground for the grass snake. But for me it will always be an ever changing picture of delight, peace and harmony, as the willow tree sways in the summer breeze.
58. 'Woven Landscape 2'
Just being there, absorbing the vista, and sensing the inter - connectivity of it all. Where the ancient past is still entwined with the present, irrevocably woven together.
59. 'Electric Storms'
Refreshing atmospheric changes at the height of summer.
60. 'Thunderclap'
61. 'Dazzle - Out from the Tunnel'
62. 'Dazzle'
Conceived as a projection with overlapping images - As a flashback contrasting between the depth of winter and the height of summer.
63. 'Refractions of Light' 1
Inspired on a micro level, as a stimulation to test what we really 'see' and 'feel', when absorbing sunlight.
64. 'Refractions of Light' 2
65. 'Refractions of Light' 3
66. 'Summers End' 1
67. 'Summers End' 2
Some good memories. One feels like dancing in the garden, revitalized once again, knowing that all too soon change is in the air.
